Participants will create a curated selection of signature bowls, featuring combinations like quinoa with roasted veggies, farro with arugula and citrus, and other trend-forward creations. Along the way, you’ll learn flavor pairings and smart shortcuts to build balanced bowls at home.

Participants work together in groups of 3. This fun and engaging hands-on cooking experience involves standing for most of the class, specifically during meal preparation. Make sure to dress comfortably with closed toe shoes! With each group being assigned recipes to complete we encourage you to visit the other stations to take a peak at their progress and make new friends!
Afterwards, participants enjoy a seated dining experience as they eat all of the delicious dishes prepared during the class. The dining portion also includes a group discussion led by the chef instructor.
